Return Policy
At The Hawke Sisters we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how to return an item. For information on how and when you are refunded, please see our separate Refund Policy.
Return window
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day period starts on the day you (or someone you designate, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order.
How to start a return
All returns must first be registered with our customer service. Before sending anything back, email info@thehawkesisters.com with your order number. Please include the tracking number of your return shipment so we can follow it.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
- In their original packaging
- With all labels and tags still attached and untampered with
- Properly packaged for return shipping
We inspect every returned item on arrival. If an item reaches us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and proof of return.
If the item is faulty, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, there is no return charge.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@thehawkesisters.com with:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence of the damage
If your parcel arrived damaged, please photograph it and send the photo to us. All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot arrange a replacement or refund without confirmation of the damage from our support team.
Wrong item received
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@thehawkesisters.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered but did not receive
- The name of the item you did receive
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Return address
Please do not send any item back before registering your return with customer service. Once your return is approved, we will confirm the return address to use.
