Because we ship products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 5–14 business days for orders in New Zealand.

Tracking your order? When you place an order with us, you will receive a track & trace code after a few days. This code is not active immediately, as it first needs to go through several systems and be processed. Approximately 3–5 days after you have received your track & trace code, you will be able to track the package and follow shipping updates.
